Ordering process

Choose a design by type. You send us the dimensions, we calculate the approximate price and agree on the features.

We visit you to obtain measurements, consult you and help select materials on site, and to agree on fittings and other details.

We draw up the contract and you pay an advance.

We make the item. The terms depend on the complexity of the order and the approved materials.

We install the finished structure and you pay the remaining balance. Installation is charged separately.
